Break free- rise to the guillotine
- cut off this cynicism
- amassing emotional misdirection.
- Routine stale, repetitive lines
- of this high-rise tower light
- where I can see the ants scurry and fight.
- Billboards praying to this synthetic desire…. divine
- now I dive ---------------------------------------- --------------------
- into this helixed connection of love intertwined
- dividing middle line - rip my wings
- lay them behind glass - to loose
- their magic/their shine/ yet
- never die under this museum light.
